Vassilis Giouvalakis

Vassilis joined Innovis Pharma in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, moving from Astellas Pharmaceuticals.

A key contributor in all transformational and transactional aspects, Vassilis is leading Innovis’ financial strategy and activities, while overseeing the group’s support service functions.

Vassilis has wide relevant experience in demanding roles and projects of both listed and private companies in diverse industries, among others holding senior management positions in consulting  (Arthur Andersen, PWC), retail  (Plaisio, Public), manufacturing (Inform Lykos) and healthcare  sectors (CR Bard, St. Jude Medical, Henry Dunant Hospital).

Vassilis is a graduate of Business Administration of the University of Macedonia, of Maritime studies from the University of Piraeus and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
